Chocolate Oat Rounds

oatmeal










•    1 cup almond butter
•    1 ½ cup raw rolled oats
•    1 cup raw granola (see my Green Protein Power Ball recipe for my granola recipe or I suggest Lydias brand)
•    ½ cup shredded coconut
•    1-2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
•    ½ cup agave
•    ½ cup cocoa
•    3 tablespoons sucanat or palm sugar (optional)
•    1 teaspoon sea salt
•    ½ teaspoon cinnamon
•    1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions: Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.  Add/delete ingredients as needed.  Roll into ball.  Can enjoy at this point or place balls on mesh dehydrator sheet and press down on each ball so they are a thick round cookie shape.  Dehydrate overnight at 105 degrees.
