Banana Cream Pie Smoothie by desertculinary

Banana Gelato.

2 frozen bananas – freeze in small pieces

2 soft dates – pitted

2 tbsp of organic raw yacon syrup – This is vegan sweetener. It tastes just like caramel & molasses in raw ice creams. Finally, a raw organic syrup suitable for all raw dessert dishes!

½ cup walnuts – soak for 4-6 hours

Pinch of sea salt

2 tbsp almond milk or water (more if needed)

Directions: Mix all ingredients in food processor with S blade for 3-4 minutes or until creamy and smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy. This is a very delicious and fun treat!

Feel free to top with chopped nuts!
