Creamy Vegetable Sauce


creamy vegetable sauce

•    ½ cup raw tahini
•    1/3 cup nutritional yeast
•    ¼ – ½ cup ionized alkaline mineral water (or spring water)
•    ¼ cup coconut amino acids or nama shoyu
•    1 teaspoon olive oil
•    Juice of two small lemons
•    ½ – 1 tablespoon of raw agave
•    Dash of sea salt
•    Dash of cayenne pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy. Taste and add any of the above ingredients to your suit your taste.  Use as a veggie dip or pour over a chopped veggie salad (broccoli, cauliflower, celery, cucumber, carrots, red peppers, cabbage, etc)
